Syria's military says it agrees to a nationwide cease-fire starting at midnight, following an announcement from Russian President Vladimir Putin that a new deal has been reached with Turkey. Putin added that Russia and Turkey will guarantee the truce, which will include 62,000 opposition fighters across Syria.
